STC has rendered services for Annual overhauls, Trouble shooting, installation and commissioning, Retrofits and Revamps of the following products.

a) Steam Turbines:

Industrial Steam Turbines for captive power plants, Drive turbines of various compressors, Boiler feed pumps and Air Blowers of process industries like fertlisers, Oil refineries. STC has taken up jobs on all types of steam Turbines of Condensing, back pressure Extraction-Condensing and Extraction Backpressure. Auxiliary Drive Turbines of smaller capacity as drives for Lube oil Pumps, Condensate Pumps are not an exception. It is pride of STC to take up services of all steam turbines of various makes like BHEL, Mitsubhishi, Atals Copco (Expansion Turbines).

b) Centrifugal Compressors:

STC is a pioneer in overhauling, Trouble shooting of various compressors in fertliser and oil Refineries.

a) Fertliser Industry
Air, Ammonia, and Synthesis gas and CO₂ Compressors of Fertliser industry.

b) Oil Refineries
Air & wet gas compressors of FCC units, H₂ Recycle, Process gas compressors, Lean gas and propane gas compressors.

c) Generators

STC has carried out service jobs of Generator sets of industrial Captive power plants.

d) Pumps

Boiler feed pumps, condensate extraction pumps of various makes like BHEL, KSB are taken up for servicing.

e) Gear Boxes

Gear boxes of Maag. Renk and Garffen staiden which are part of Turbo Generator and Turbo Compressor trains are overhauled.

f) Erection of Motors

In addition to the overhauls and Trouble shooting services , STC has also carried out Erection of vertical Motors of ABB for Lift irrigation projects, Drive motors for Oil India, NALCO Damanjodi etc.
