Supply of spares

We have facility for repair & re-conditioning of all types of compressors. We have all facilities to supply the spares for any type of compressors. We are equipped with Schenk Avery make horizontal, dynamic balancing machine with electronic measuring system. We can take up balancing of jobs weighing upto 5 tons with lengths upto 3000 mm. The max job diameter can be upto 1000 mm. We can balance jobs in speed ranges of 300rpm - 2000rpm. The quality of balancing will be to grade Q 0.5 as per ISO 1940/1 standard or as per OEM/ Customer requirement.

We have all the capability, technical backup, quality measures and years of experience to meet your needs in the shortest possible time. We manufacture blades from original design specifications, reverse engineering or in-house engineering to shoot your needs. when you need new turbine blades as spares or during breakdown, call on us.

We have the latest facilities to manufacture and supply white metal bearings and thrust pads. We use centrifugal babbiting equipment with thyrister controller for precise speed control to get best adhering results. We use electrical ovens and furnaces for pre-heating and melting process to get precise and require temperature control. The bearings are powered with white metal of IS 25 grade 87, 84, 90 or as specified by customer.

Reblading for various types of turbine rotors and casings were carried out by us which includes machining, removal of old blades, reverse engineering, drawing development, manufacture of new blades, final assembly is done by highly experienced persons. Machining carried out as per M.B.F. dimensions. Balancing of rotors as per ISO 1940/1 grades 2.5.
